The original is an OBS screen recording of the exported exe from Unreal Engine as the audio triggered camera system refused to render in Unreal MRQ. My screen is 1920 x 1080, so do the math…
Impossible to upscale to 3480 without losing quality. I had to use Legacy render to export the JPEGS, then after scrambling for a free HQ video app, I realised I could compile the images in Blender. All this after finding out last minute about the Times Square gig before bed.
